BenQ Releases New E55 3G Phone in Taiwan

Available from end July in Taiwan , BenQ E55 is the successor of the BenQ E53 model. The clamshell phone support 3G data connection, comes with a 2 megapixel camera and able to play AAC, MP3, 3GP and MP4 media files. A secondary video call camera is built at the middle of the clamshell hinge.

With a simple and clean design, the BenQ E55 has a 1-inch 64k colors CSTN external screen with 96 x 64 resolution, good enough to display information like music song name, caller ID and phone battery status.  The internal screen is a 2-inch TFT screen, supports 262k colors. Users with big thumb would be happy with Its big keypad design. The E55 will be priced at around 230 USD in Taiwan this month. Check out the phone specification below.

BenQ Introduces C36 Music Phone

BenQ announces the launch of the BenQ C36 music phone, successor to the BenQ C30. The new music phone comes with enhanced multimedia functionalities, upgraded 1.3-megapixel camera and a spacious 2″ LCD display perfect for viewing photos and videos. The top key design brings direct access to FM radio, MP3 player and camera function faster and easier.

Weighing a mere 78g, the upgraded 1.3-megapixel camera supports AVI video recording and playback, and can also do double-duty as a webcam when connected to a PC. The C36’s powerful multimedia functions includes a built-in FM radio with recording and schedule recording functions and a MP3 player supports MP3, WAV, MIDI and AMR formats.

The C36 also adds an e-book reader and a photo editor for touching up photos. It also comes equipped with dual speaker for sharing music with friends and a handy MicroSD card slot and USB connectivity to store and transfer all the music, photos and videos.

BenQ Unveils Slim T60 Mobile Phone

BenQ today announces its latest mobile phone - the slim BenQ T60. Measuring a mere 8.9mm thin, the T60 sports a 2.2-inch QVGA TFT LCD display, a built-in camera with 3.2 megapixel photo output, and a multimedia player.
