HTC One X Heading To T-Mobile

HTC has officially announced that the One S will be making its way to T-Mobile. However, according to Android and Me, not only one but two of HTC One series will be heading to T-Mobile. The HTC One X will also coming to T-Mobile.

The handset will be availabl this summer. It would be known as the G4X. We have been hearing several devices to be name the G4X. However, we can’t fully confirm on those statements.

Kyocera DuraPlus Hits Sprint Stores March 11 for $69

Sprint today announced that the Kyocera DuraPlus rugged push-to-talk phone will go on sale starting March 11. It will cost $69.99 with a new contract. The DuraPlus uses Sprint's new CDMA-based Direct Connect service.

Dolphin Android Browser Now Supports Voice Actions

Dolphin released an update to its mobile browser for the Android platform and added a number of new features. The most significant new capability is called Sonar. With Sonar, Dolphin listens to voice commands, interprets them, and then takes the appropriate actions. Sonar can let users speak their way through browsing sessions and supports actions such as conducting searches, saving bookmarks, and sharing links. The updated browser also reformats Dolphin's magazine reader and includes more add-ons. The update is free.

Senate Schedules Hearing to Discuss Verizon’s Spectrum Grab

The senate has booked March 21 to discuss Verizon Wireless's $3.9 billion bid to acquire 122 AWS spectrum licenses from a collection of cable companies. The hearing has been titled: "The Verizon/Cable Deals: Harmless Collaboration or a Threat to Competition and Consumers?" and will be led by Senator Herb Kohl of Wisconsin.
