Vimeo Adapts Player for Mobile Devices
Vimeo today announced a new player that will use HTML5 and Flash video to work on compatible mobile device. The Vimeo Universal Player will detect the format usable on your phone, HTML5 for iPhone, for instance, or Flash for Android 2.2, and offer content in a suitable codec and resolution. The new player will also offer a Watch Later feature that will let users bookmark a video.
