The Sagem my850v is a glossy 3G clamshell phone, exclusive to the Vodafone network. Aimed at the value end of the contract market, it appears to offer good value for money.

LG Muziq Updates Sprint Fusic

Sprint today announced the LG Muziq, the successor to last year’s Fusic music phone. The Muziq retains all the same features of the previous model while updating the looks. It has a sleeker shape with an internal antenna. The music control pad on the cover has also been updated to a touch-sensitive unit with vibration feedback. The Muziq retains all the features of the Fusic including 1.3 Megapixel camera, which is now moved to the front of phone, stereo Bluetooth, FM transmitter and MicroSD card slot, which is now SDHC compatible. The Muziq will be available on July 15.

iPhone Release Date Now Officially June 29th

It was rumored that CNBC had the scoop on the iPhone release date of June 20th.  But their sources appear to have been wrong.  Apple has confirmed the official release date of Friday June 29th at 6pm Local Time.  The picture above is the final screen of Apple’s first commercials for the iPhone.  Apple ran three commercials during CBS’s “60 Minutes” TV show on Sunday to show off the vast capabilities of the iPhone.  The commercials included video of the iPhone, going through email, and playing with Google maps which are integrated into the iPhone.
