The ASUS J501 super-slim slider phone was recently launched inTaiwan with 2.2 inch 260k color TFT LCD screen with a 240 x 320 pixel resolution and a 2 megapixel camera.Bluetooth for connectivity and supports MP3, AAC, WAV, MPEG 4 and H.263 file formats.J501 measures 103 x 48 x 16.6 mm and weighs 100 grams,internal memory 5MB but you have slot for memory expansion.You can find the phone in Taiwan for the price $302 USD.

For me, J501 is great for its TFT lcd and camera only…. I regret the sounds is not that great compared with V75 & V80 … The sound is distorted when i played mp3 music without headset . When buying this model, dont hesitate to ask the sales man regarding mp3 sounds…
Im an asus fanatic from computer hardware to mobile cellphone. Recently, i disposed my asus V80 model just to get this j501 model, Well! hhmm… no gimics guy! im so really dismay with the sound.. Think twice when buying!

why does the j501 only have 5mb of internal memory??? is that okay?? coz im thinking of buying one for myself
